16 (A)Know ye not, that to whomsoever ye give yourselves as servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey, whether it be of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

17 [a]But God be thanked, that ye have been the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart unto the [b]form of the doctrine, whereunto ye were delivered.

18 Being then made free from sin, ye are made the servants of righteousness.
